[:nl]Vandaag is het de beurt aan onze vijfde gast voor Echo Base Charity Con 2019. Deze acteur en stuntman heeft in zijn al meer dan 40 jaar durende carrière een indrukwekkende staat van dienst opgebouwd. We zijn daarom blij aan te mogen kondigen dat Kiran Shah te gast zal zijn op Echo Base Con!
Het Star Wars-avontuur van Kiran Shah begon met Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi. Hierin speelde hij een GONK droid en een Ewok. Ruim dertig jaar later keerde hij terug naar het Star Wars-universum in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, waarin hij diverse personages vertolkte. Het meest zichtbaar is Teedo, het wezentje op de Luggabeast die BB-8 probeert te ontvoeren. In de daaropvolgende jaren was hij als diverse andere personages te zien in Rogue One – A Star Wars Story, Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi en in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Naast Star Wars is Kiran te zien in een indrukwekkend aantal andere klassieke films, zoals Superman, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Dark Crystal, Aliens, Titanic, Harry Potter en de Steen der Wijzen, de Lord of the Rings-trilogie en de Hobbit-trilogie.

[:en]Today we can annouce the fifth guest for Echo Base Charity Con 2019. This actor and stuntman has built a truly impressive career since he started out in the movie business over 40 years ago. We are proud to announce Kiran Shah will atttend Echo Base Con!
Kiran’s Star Wars adventure started with Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, in which he performed a power droid and an Ewok. Some 30 years later he returned to the Star Wars universe in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, in which he portrayed several characters. His most visible role was Teedo, the creature on the Luggabeast who tries to abduct BB-8. In the following years he can be seen as various characters in Rogue One – A Star Wars Story, Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi and in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Besides Star Wars, Kiran can be seen in an impressive number of classic films, such as Superman, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Dark Crystal, Aliens, Titanic, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the Lord of the Rings trilogy and the Hobbit trilogy.
